About These Terms
These terms apply when you use mcs.com.pk or buy from MCS Peshawari Chappal, on our website or on WhatsApp. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you order.
Who We Are
MCS Peshawari Chappal is a family business owned by [owner name], with its workshop at Inside Kohati Gate, Jahangir Pura Road, Peshawar, Pakistan. In these terms, “MCS”, “we” and “us” mean MCS Peshawari Chappal, and “you” means the customer.
Our Products
Our Peshawari chappals are made by hand in our Peshawar workshop. Because of this, small differences in leather colour, grain or stitching between pairs are normal and are not a fault.
We photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on different screens. Each product page shows the material of that product, such as Premium High Kuram, High Kuram Suede or Micro Fiber. Please check the size chart before you order.
Prices
All prices are in Pakistani rupees (Rs). Delivery inside Pakistan is free. We may change our prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you placed your order. If a price on our website is clearly wrong because of a mistake, we will contact you before dispatch, and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel the order.
Placing an Order
When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation by email or WhatsApp. For cash on delivery orders, we also call or message you to confirm your order and address before we dispatch it.
We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you to confirm it, if the product is out of stock, or if the delivery address cannot be served. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.
Payment
You can pay by cash on delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa inside Pakistan. Orders from outside Pakistan are paid in advance by bank transfer. Orders paid in advance are dispatched once we have confirmed your payment. See Payment Options.
Delivery
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates. Delays caused by the courier, the weather, holidays or other events outside our control can happen, and we will help you follow up with the courier. See Shipping & Delivery.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
You can exchange an unworn item for another size or colour within 7 days of delivery. Wrong or faulty items can be exchanged or refunded. The full rules are on our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds page, which is part of these terms.
Orders From Outside Pakistan
For orders delivered outside Pakistan, the shipping cost is quoted on WhatsApp before you pay. Customs and import duties charged by your country are paid by you. See International Shipping.
Your Account
If you create an account on our website, please keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell us on WhatsApp if you think someone else has used it.
Our Content and Brand
The MCS name and logo, our product photos and the text on this website belong to MCS Peshawari Chappal. Please do not copy or use them without our written permission.
Our Responsibility
If something goes wrong with your order, our responsibility is limited to repairing, exchanging or refunding the product, up to the price you paid for it. We are not responsible for losses that we could not reasonably foresee. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the laws of Pakistan.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Peshawar.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you placed it.
