How to Order From Outside Pakistan
- Choose your chappal, colour and size on our website.
- Message us on WhatsApp at +92 336 7805057 with the product, colour, size and your full address, including the country.
- We reply with the shipping cost and the total price.
- Pay the total in advance by bank transfer.
- We dispatch your order and send you the tracking number.
Shipping Cost
The shipping cost depends on your country and the weight of the parcel, so we quote it for each order on WhatsApp. You will know the full price before you pay.
Payment
Orders outside Pakistan are paid in advance by bank transfer. Cash on delivery is available only inside Pakistan. [MCS to confirm: the currency you accept, for example PKR or USD.]
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, international orders usually arrive in [X–Y working days], depending on the country and its customs checks. We send you the tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Customs and Import Duties
Some countries charge customs or import duties on parcels. These charges are set by your country, not by MCS, and are paid by the customer when the parcel arrives.
Get the Size Right First
Exchanges from abroad take longer and cost more, so please check our size chart carefully before you order. If you are unsure between two sizes, ask us on WhatsApp.
Exchanges and Returns From Abroad
If you need an exchange, message us on WhatsApp before sending anything back. For size or colour exchanges, return shipping and any customs charges are paid by the customer. If we sent the wrong item or it is faulty, we cover the cost. See our full returns and exchanges policy.
